By accessing or using GraceAccess (the "Service") at https://graceaccess.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
GraceAccess provides a platform for streaming and accessing devotional, faith-based, and educational video content. The Service may include free content, premium membership subscriptions, one-time purchases, voluntary support or donation payments, and playlists. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
Payment processor. All payments (memberships, one-time purchases, and voluntary support) are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable amount. Your use of Stripe's payment services may also be subject to Stripe's terms and Stripe's privacy policy, where applicable.
Memberships and subscriptions. Premium membership fees are billed in advance (e.g., monthly or as stated at checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel from your account or subscription management page. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Voluntary support. We may offer ways for you to provide voluntary financial support to GraceAccess in addition to membership fees. Such support is voluntary, non-obligatory, and does not create a contract for additional services. Support payments are generally non-refundable. We may consider refund requests for support payments at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis; contact us to request one.
Refunds. For subscription or one-time content purchases, you may request a refund in accordance with applicable law and our policy. We will process valid refund requests in a reasonable time; refunds may be issued via the original payment method. For voluntary support payments, refunds are not guaranteed. Chargebacks and disputes should be raised with us first; we will work in good faith to resolve billing issues.
Price changes. We may change subscription or other fees with reasonable notice. Continued use of a paid service after a price change constitutes acceptance. One-time and support amounts are as displayed at the time of payment.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to paid content; (b) copy, download, or redistribute content except as permitted by the Service; (c) use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others; (d) attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures.
All content on the Service (videos, text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by GraceAccess or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the content.
The Service and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Religious and devotional content reflects the views of the respective authors and not necessarily those of GraceAccess.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GraceAccess and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms at https://graceaccess.com/terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
