This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on GraceAccess (the "Service") at https://graceaccess.com, operated by Inflixa LLC. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. 1. Membership Subscriptions

Premium membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or as stated at checkout). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or subscription management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date, and no further charges are made.

We do not issue refunds for the current billing period once it has begun, unless required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly at [email protected] and we will review your case.

2. Digital Shop Products

Our shop sells digital products (such as e-books, guides, and downloadable files) that are delivered immediately upon successful payment. Because digital files are accessible as soon as payment is confirmed, all digital product sales are final once a download has been made available.

Exceptions — we will issue a full refund or replacement if:

  • The file was defective, corrupted, or could not be downloaded due to a technical fault on our end.
  • You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate purchase).
  • The product was materially different from its description at the time of purchase.
  • Applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction requires a refund.

To request a refund under one of the above exceptions, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

3. One-Time Content Purchases

Individual videos, courses, or playlists purchased as one-time unlocks grant immediate access to the digital content. Because access is provided at the moment of payment, these purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except in the same circumstances listed in Section 2 above (defective content, duplicate charge, material misdescription, or as required by law).

4. Optional Voluntary Payments (Support Payments)

We may offer optional voluntary payments as a way to support the ongoing creation and improvement of content on the platform. These payments are not required to use the Service or access any content, and they do not unlock additional features or functionality.

Optional voluntary payments are refundable within 14 days of the transaction, upon request and without needing to provide a reason. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your transaction details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Recommended Products (Affiliate Links)

Our shop also features curated product recommendations that link to products sold by third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon or other external stores). When you click a recommended product link, you leave our platform and are directed to the retailer's own website.

We do not process, handle, or have any involvement in purchases made on third-party retailer websites. All refund, return, and exchange requests for recommended products must be directed to the relevant retailer in accordance with their own policies. We bear no responsibility for those transactions, the products supplied, delivery, or any disputes arising from them.

We may receive a commission or referral fee when you purchase through a recommended product link. This does not affect the price you pay.

6. How to Request a Refund

For any purchase made directly on GraceAccess, to request a refund:

  2. Include your name, email address used at checkout, and the transaction ID or date.
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Chargebacks. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it promptly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider.

7. EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. For digital content delivered immediately upon purchase (such as digital downloads and streamed content), you acknowledge that performance begins immediately upon payment and that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law. For optional voluntary payments, your 14-day cancellation right under EU/UK law applies in full.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at https://graceaccess.com/refund-policy and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
